  • Ink Cartridges: Same business day processing for orders placed before 2 PM CST
  • Printer Equipment: 2–3 business days for printer setup and testing
  • Special Orders: 5–7 business days for items ordered from manufacturer
  • Custom Configurations: 3–5 business days for customized products
Order Cutoff Times
  • Standard Items: Orders placed by 2:00 PM CST Monday–Friday
  • Express Orders: Orders placed by 12:00 PM CST for next business day shipping
  • Weekend Orders: Processed on the next business day (Monday)
