1. Return Eligibility

We stand behind the quality of our products. Items are eligible for return when they meet our consumer protection standards:

Returnable Items
  • Unopened HP printers in original packaging
  • Unused ink cartridges with seals intact
  • Office supplies in original condition
  • Defective items (any condition)
  • Items received in error
Non-Returnable Items
  • Opened or used ink cartridges
  • Items damaged by customer
  • Items without original packaging
  • Special order or customized items
  • Items returned after 30 days

2. How to Return Items

Step 1: Initiate Return Request

Contact Printify Solution LLC support via email at contact@printifysolutionllc.com or phone 1-800-260-2927. Please provide:

  • Order number and purchase date
  • Product details and condition
  • Reason for return
  • Preferred resolution (refund, exchange, store credit)
Step 2: Return Authorization & Instructions

We’ll issue an RMA number within 24 hours and provide prepaid return labels for eligible items. No return fees for defective or incorrect orders.

Step 3: Secure Packaging & Shipment

Pack items safely and include:

  • RMA number shown clearly on package
  • All original packaging, manuals, and accessories
  • Return authorization form & order receipt
  • Tracking confirmation for safety
Step 4: Processing & Refund

Once received, we inspect items within 2 business days and process refunds within 3–5 business days. Full refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs refunded for defective items.

5. Exchanges

We currently offer refunds rather than direct exchanges. If you need a different item:

  • Return the original item following our return process
  • Place a new order for the desired item
  • We’ll prioritize processing your new order once we receive your return

This ensures faster processing and gives you the flexibility to choose exactly what you need.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we’ll make it right immediately:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • We’ll expedite a replacement or full refund
  • Return shipping label provided
  • No restocking fees or hassles

Manufacturer Defects: Items with manufacturer defects are also covered under HP's warranty. We can help you choose between our return process or HP’s warranty service.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel your order at no charge under these conditions:

  • Order has not yet shipped (typically within 2–4 hours of placement)
  • Contact us immediately via phone or email
  • Provide your order number and cancellation request

Once an order has shipped, you’ll need to follow our standard return process once you receive the item.

8. International Returns

For international customers:

  • Same 30-day return policy applies
  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs
  • Items must clear customs (customer handles duties/taxes)
  • Refunds processed in original currency
  • Additional processing time may apply (5–10 business days)
